Every Tuesday night, our neighbor, Este Restaurant, pairs wine with vinyl music presented by a guest DJ. They tell us, "it's an opportunity for people to experience our space in a different way."

On December 19th, we'll be the guest DJ. You might say that it's an opportunity for us to present Brother Friend in a different way. We'll be spinning records from our personal vinyl collection as gathered over the past 40 years. A lot of our playlist is late 60s rock, funk, and soul; 70's FM radio rock and disco; and 80's pop and rock--music before CDs and MP3s.

To celebrate the era and our collaboration with Este, we're going to give away a mostly refurbished 1961 Coronado stereo console (seen here). The unit features original cabinetry and speakers alongside a new turntable and external tube amp. It's the music we'll feature in our set presented how the records were pressed.
