Rebirth Zinfandel
TarponOur 2020 Rebirth Zinfandel comes to us from the Rudy's Block Vineyard in Dry Creek. These head trained vines up in Sonoma were planted in 1969, which was also a pretty good year for music. We fermented these grapes with native yeasts and aged the wine for 13 months in neutral French oak. With a nose of fig jam and blueberry rolling papers, the palate gives way raspberry soda and black pepper with a finish of forest floor and red licorice.
